Touching Lives

At UPM Mechanical, we believe we have a responsibility to make the world a better place. One of the ways we do that is by providing excellent construction and service of mechanical systems. But we don’t stop there. We also donate our time and resources to worthwhile causes including nonprofits, educational resources and community support groups that are making a difference.

"The future of our world depends on the education of our children.  We deliver educational excellence one book at a time.  We provide economic opportunity while fostering strong family values.  We touch the lives of children for a lifetime."

UPM Mechanical hosts various book drives throughout the year in which all proceeds and free books earned are donated to organizations throughout the community.

Our Story

Our Story

UPM Mechanical was founded in August of 2018 by Nate Martinez.  UPM provides many of the same services of the predecessor company, NM Industrial Services which was run by Nate for 7 of its 14 years after the unfortunate passing of his father, Nathan Martinez.  In those 7 years Nate grew NM Industrial to 3 times its former size, solidified a quality reputation and developed rock solid internal procedures.  UPM is building on this background, using their extensive knowledge of the industry and powerful work ethic to take the organization to a new level of performance.

Every day, we deliver quality craftsmanship and great customer service. Our commitment is to display integrity, professionalism, and the highest standard of quality in everything we do.
